What I love most about the New Year, in addition to the excuse to have a party, is the time to reflect on the past year and look forward to the next. This year I am reflecting on all of the great relationships, friendships, and awesome people I get to work with.

One thing certain about the future is relationships, borrowing from our friend, Daniel Burrus.

So this New Year's Eve, I am making a toast to all of you, with gratitude and appreciation for being part of my life.
