3 steps to better days

I was driving around Kirkwood, Mo., the other day when I saw this bumper sticker.

It read, simply: “No bad days.”

And whoa, did my eyes open wide at that brilliant sentiment. I’m pretty sure that’s my new mantra.

Look, bad stuff is going to come around from time to time. It happens to all of us.

It’s how we respond to the bad stuff that defines us.

  • Step 1: Don’t sweat the small stuff.
  • Step 2: Remember that it’s all small stuff.
  • Step 3: Take a deep breath and smile. The bad stuff will almost always go away, and the day will almost always get better.
