Doctor Nerise Johnson is a chartered accountant and senior learning consultant with over two decades of experience spanning the charity sector, multinational enterprises, government, SMEs, and higher education. After moving into the education sector in 2010 she has led international programmes in HE as well as degree apprenticeships and now works in Solutions Consulting, partnering with global organisations to design learning ecosystems that strengthen talent pipelines and enable employees to harness emerging technologies with confidence. Her PhD research explores the role of care within learning, shaping her human‑centred approach to capability development. Nerise is also a keynote speaker, regularly presenting on learning innovation, strategy, finance business partnering, and leadership, helping organisations reimagine how they support and empower their people in a rapidly changing world.
