Susan Rucker, CPA, is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of progressively responsible positions managing high performance teams and growing businesses. She has served as a senior operating executive, audit and risk management partner, and consulting partner and has managed businesses of over $100 million in annual revenue. She has managed domestic and global businesses, growing them through internal initiatives and acquisitions. Ms. Rucker has experience in the healthcare (providers and payors), business services, technology, and not-for-profit industries. She is currently the President of VoiceMirror LLC, a technology company focused on voice analysis, and provides consulting services to high-growth businesses through Prospective Insights LLC. Ms. Rucker is also the CFO of the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary. Ms. Rucker has worked in global environments managing people in over 30 countries, and has traveled to more than 40 countries. A skilled communicator and facilitator, she has worked with boards and CEOs developing and implementing business strategy. Ms. Rucker has held senior management positions at KPMG, Unisys, and Tatum LLC. In addition to managing client service delivery, she has also managed information technology, recruiting, human resources and accounting and finance functions. Ms. Rucker is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the College of William and Mary.
