Tax Practitioner’s Guide to Accounting and Reporting Issues

Tax practitioners can meet their A&A CPE requirement with topics that relate to their responsibilities. This program will: • Be able to compare and contrast tax returns and tax basis financial statements • Know U.S. GAAP versus tax differences and disclosure requirements • Address frequently encountered reporting and performance issues by tax practitioners • Identify differences in disclosures for tax basis financial statements
