Years after some of the biggest scandals of all time (e.g., Enron, Waste Management, WorldCom), fraud continues to pose a significant threat to organizations of ALL sizes. From stealing petty cash to pulling off elaborate embezzlement and accounting schemes, companies need to enhance their defenses against this never-ending threat. This program focuses on the basics of how fraud is perpetrated by employees and managers.
