HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs: Health Care Options After Affordable Care

Federal law may have made medical care affordable for individuals, but can a business owner afford to offer more than just the mandated minimum? That’s the challenge. This program explores recent changes in cafeteria plans and explains the options available for existing and new plans. Side-by-side comparisons will show when an HSA, HRA, or FSA is better, for what type of client, and when they should be considered. Contrary to popular rumor, employers do have some flexibility when designing health care plans for their employees.
