Expired – Dodd-Frank and the Banking Industry (Controller Series)
- At the conclusion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Identify the role of the Federal Reserve
- Identify and analyze key provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act
- Identify and analyze the Basel III Accords
The course will examine and walk-through key elements and provisions of the Dodd-Frank reform act, as well as the Basel III Accords. Special focus will be given to the role of the financial professional in analyzing and forecasting the potential for increased risk in banking relationships due to regulatory reform.
