Training Millennials/Gen Y for Leadership

It is estimated that millennials will make up 75% of the global workforce by 2025. Harnessing the talent and loyalty of this generational cohort is absolutely critical. This seminar will tap into the four areas that are important to this generation (purpose, impact, award, and enjoyment) and assist them leveraging their strengths to explore their leadership potential.
