Team Coaching : Practical Application + Assessment

Specialized learning is valuable, but immediate application of that learning at work is essential.

Due to the desire for teams to perform well, consistently and over a long period of time, ongoing team development is necessary. As a result, team coaching is growing rapidly. Team coaching is an experience that allows a team to work towards sustainable results and ongoing development.

It is becoming an increasingly important intervention in corporate environments as high team performance requires aligning toward goals, remaining innovative, and adapting quickly to internal and external changes.
Team coaching exists under this umbrella of team development, along with the following modalities: team building, team training, team consulting, team mentoring, team facilitation, and team coaching.

This practicum workshop utilizes the work and research of Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, Patrick Lencioni, Peter Senge, Bob Anderson, Susan Scott, Charles Feltman, and many other organizational strategists and psychologists. We also utilize the work and research of Dirk Cloete, Claudio Naranjo, Don Riso, Russ Hudson, Beatrice Chestnut, Uranio Paes, Wendy Appel and Bob Anderson, Bill Adams, Abraham Maslow, William Moulton Marston, and Richard Barrett.

This core competencies session gives you a practical forum to experience the structured integration of new learning as a team, and to accelerate readiness for strategic planning and implementation.

Two of these sessions, customized to your team and connected to another one of the core learning modules is recommended, for a total of (4) virtual hours per day / over (2) consecutive days.
