How to Increase Leadership and Reduce Fear During a Pandemic (or Crisis)

This course provides today’s top leaders a primer on the ways strong leaders can calm a team, organizing around and using emotional intelligence to create a strong (and nimble) plan for change when outcomes are uncertain. Taking a look at what makes a resilient organization and leadership style, this course will help leaders form a plan to manage their own emotional stress, stress on their team, and pressure at the organizational level. As a group, we’ll formulate strategies to form and evolve a change management plan that respects the need for business to stabilize while also respecting the worry that comes with a humanitarian crisis.  (Minimum recommended: 2 hours)
