- Context – Understanding the business & competitive context of the company/firm and the industry
- Competency – Obtaining the necessary skills and abilities to succeed in the job levels within the organization
- Citizenship – Learning how to become involved in the communities, industry, and their Profession
When you factor in the additional impact of the generational research (understanding millenials) and talent recruitment and retention – this tekes on even more significance.
