Richard Wolf is the President and Founder of Wolf Advisory Services, LLC. The firm provides assurance and tax services to a variety of industries, including nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans. In addition to these services, Mr. Wolf has experience providing strategic planning facilitation services for nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies. He also creates customized training courses on topics such as leadership training, staff development, generational differences, business etiquette, accounting 101, and others. Mr. Wolf previously served as a director of the Nonprofit Services Group and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Group for a regional CPA firm. He also served as the Director of Assurance Services where he planned, directed and conducted technical reviews of audits and related engagements, and trained accounting and audit professionals on recent pronouncements. A graduate of the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a B.B.A. in accounting, Mr. Wolf is a certified public accountant in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Wolf is a member of the AICPA and MACPA and is a frequent speaker at local colleges and universities. He serves on the Accounting Advisory Board for Loyola University Maryland and as the Chairperson of the Accounting Advisory Board for University of Baltimore. Mr. Wolf also is an Adjunct Instructor at Stevenson University. Mr. Wolf specializes in strategic planning facilitation, customized instructor-led training courses, reviews of internal controls, accounting policies and procedures, fraud investigations, sales forecasting, estimating future cash inflows and outflows, budget preparation and monitoring, financial statement prep and analysis, assurance services, employee benefit plan audits, and nonprofit services.
