Karl Alrichs possesses significant experience in a wide range of business roles, but is first and foremost a Human Resource consultant and hiring process expert. Mr. Alrichs’s passion and career have taken him across the country and back again. He has run a career center in the swamps of Lake Charles, Louisiana, another in Appalachia, and helped to restructure Apple in Silicon Valley. He has directed videos in Chicago, marketed software in Orlando, and launched an office of Right Management Consultants in San Diego. Presenting complex subjects to tough audiences has been a specialty of Mr. Alrichs’s for decades. He tailors his engaging presentations to the diverse audiences to whom he presents. As entertaining as he is knowledgeable, Mr. Alrichs is in demand as a keynote presenter at conferences and organizational events and a trainer in an adult learning model. Mr. Alrichs has acted as the conference chair for the Society of Human Resource Management and presented at 6 consecutive National SHRM Conferences. He is currently enrolled in Butler’s MBA program in order to learn the languages of finance. As an SPHR (Senior Professional, Human Resources), Mr. Alrichs is qualified to administer many assessment tools and has a strong background in hiring, training, communications, and writing.
