Jeannine has a unique way of connecting with men and women of all ages to tap into their unique strengths to push past the status quo. She encourages emerging leaders to take career risk and enjoy the experience of leading. Jeannine attributes her professional success to working in a dynamic workplace that allowed for open communication, fostered innovation and idea sharing, built leaders and was an enjoyable place to grow. Throughout her career she was mentored and coached to be the best. Jeannine’s career as business executive includes leadership roles in state government, industry, and Big 4 public accounting, as well as several entrepreneurial ventures. She has over fifteen years’ experience in state and local tax planning assisting global companies to maximize revenues during expansions, mergers and acquisitions. After an exciting corporate career, she recognized a passion for developing business leaders.
In 2011, she successfully passed the International Coaching Federation Certified Professional Coach (CPC) exam and began the transition to Life-Business Coach. The career change allows Jeannine to leverage her experience and expertise in business while realizing her passion for assisting others in furthering their professional and personal development. Jeannine made her writing debut in 2015 with the book “Ignite: 8 Steps To Set Your Year on Fire.” She also writes career development blogs posted on her firm’s website. Her philosophy to coaching is “Helping You Move Your Dreams To Reality.” Jeannine earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Alabama State University, an executive Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia State University and holds professional certifications in accounting and taxation. Jeannine holds a seat on the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) Board of Directors, serving as the Southern Region President. In this role she oversees the planning and execution of the Southern Region Student Conference hosting 600 students and faculty, 45 corporate partners in Atlanta. She is also active in other non-profit boards and leadership roles.
