Lean principles and practices revolve around the notion of eliminating waste. Lean has been adopted by operations in manufacturing, healthcare and other industries over the past decade and is now rapidly moving into the office support functions. This course demonstrates how to apply lean principles to dramatically raise productivity in internal Human Resources processes, while also demonstrating how HR can provide lean-based support to help supercharge the enterprise’s lean journey.
