Actionable Conversations provide busy leaders with the tools to have better and more frequent conversations with their teams. Each session provides one idea from a popular business book, which the team uses as a lens to address current business challenges. Post conversation, individuals commit to one small behavior change (professionally or personally) and track their own progress via an online dashboard. It is recommended that an organization do a minimum of 5 conversations with each team. Each conversation is 1 CPE credit.
